What's included in the 12-month support? +
Bug fixes, model performance monitoring, minor prompt/parameter adjustments, and access to our technical team via a dedicated channel. Major new features are scoped separately.
Can I upgrade between packages? +
Yes. Many clients start with Starter to validate ROI and then migrate to Growth or Elite. Fees already paid are credited toward the upgrade — you only pay the difference.
Do you work on a retainer basis? +
Yes, for ongoing AI management, continuous model retraining, and strategic advisory we offer monthly retainer arrangements. Pricing is based on scope — contact us to discuss.
What currency are prices in? +
All prices are indicated in Euro (€), as we primarily work with clients across Europe. We also accept payments in GBP and USD — conversion is calculated at the exchange rate on the invoice date. Payments are accepted only via bank wire transfer upon receipt of an official invoice. We do not accept direct card payment.
